Private house complex The Rent is 80000 Dirhams (last) for yearly rent- Straight forward from owners (With no other additional fees).Rent prefered to be paid once a year, (But can be devided two(every 6 months) ,or three (every 4 months) if tenant cant pay once a year). Because the house was partitioned with other complex,and only few main electrical DB exist),Tawtheeq not possible but only regular lease contract. Thats why,(Payment monthly for Water and Electricity is possible but prefered to be given to one of the house owners,for the reason mentioned above. One of the House owner prefer (monthly Electrical & water Bills)to be given in advance to cover a year as a close approximate of (9000 dirhams). (All Air Conditions maintenace shall be done twice yearly by (house owners)).
