Key Responsibilities: Develop UAE national development programs Implement leadership development initiatives Manage relationships with UAE training providers Conduct training needs analysis for UAE operations Measure training effectiveness and ROI Support competency framework development Qualifications Required: 8+ years L&D experience in UAE Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) Experience with UAE government training programs Knowledge of Tawteen and Emiratization training requirements Arabic and English training delivery capability Bachelor's degree in HR/Education
