The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of hybrid cloud strategies, infrastructure design, and governance practices in enterprise environments.   Key Responsibilities: Experience of working as an infrastructure/DevOps engineer and architect with 8+ years in an on-prem or cloud environment is a must Strong knowledge of building complex enterprise solutions including data center sizing, security, and infrastructure architecture Design and document and implement the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow in an on-prem environment, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to define network, storage, and compute configurations.
