Key Responsibilities • Installation and Setup: Deliver, install, and configure vending machines at customer locations. • Test machines to ensure proper functionality after installation. • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are clean, operational, and compliant with safety standards. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in vending machines. • Replace faulty parts such as coin mechanisms, payment readers, refrigeration units, and other components. • Inventory Management: Track and manage replacement parts and tools needed for repairs. • Restock vending machines, if required, and ensure accurate inventory levels. • Customer Service: Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. • Provide friendly and professional support to customers during installations or repairs. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for each job completed. • Report major technical issues or recurring problems to management. • Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and company protocols when handling equipment and tools. • Ensure all vending machines comply with local regulations and company policies. Qualifications and Skills • Technical Skills: Proven experience as a technician, preferably in vending machine repair or a related field. • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. • Familiarity with coin and card payment mechanisms and related software. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training is a plus. • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.]). • Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in tight spaces. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage time effectively. • Other: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required. • UAE Cancel/Expired Visa • UAE HAAD Certificate is a plus Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience. • Company-provided tools and equipment. • Opportunities for training and career development.
