Description

Main Responsibilities Passenger Services Check-in passengers at the check-in counter, issue boarding passes, and assign seats. Provide boarding guidance and announcements in the departure area, and handle special requests (such as VIP services). Answer passenger inquiries and handle complaints. Safety and Security Assist with document inspection, baggage weighing, and security screening. Inspect aircraft maintenance, fueling, cleaning, and cargo loading and unloading. Ensure safety inspections and proper operation before and after takeoff and landing. Back-office Support Liaise with the in-flight kitchen to arrange meals. Handle lost and found. Coordinate with other departments.
