A skilled and experienced HVAC Technician in the UAE. Knowledge: • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults • Repair & maintain units (Residential & Commercial). • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. • Install and dissemble units • Install and balance ductwork and refrigerant piping. • Replace all kind of HVAC components (motors, compressors, condensers, thermostats, etc… • Gas charging, pressure testing, and vacuuming of refrigerant lines. • Maintain service records and provide reports on work done. • Follow safety procedures and standards at all times. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years Field experience in the UAE / GCC. • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls. • Familiar with all tools and instruments used in HVAC. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Basic Arabic/English communication. • Must be in the UAE and ready to join. • UAE / GCC driving license (preferred).

Leading Home Maintenance Company is seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our maintenance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and maintenance of split, window, ducted, and central AC units. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems. Carry out regular preventive maintenance and servicing. Check and refill gas/refrigerants, replace compressors, and clean filters and ducts. Ensure timely completion of work orders and service reports. Follow safety standards and company guidelines during all operations. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC Technician in UAE or any GCC country. Good understanding of HVAC systems and refrigerants. Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot issues independently. Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus.
