The Role?  The Ad-Hoc Crane Maintenance Mechanical Technician is responsible for carrying out the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of offshore crane mechanical systems, both on offshore platforms and in the onshore workshop. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting crane mechanical components offshore and performing disassembly, inspection, and reconditioning of crane parts in the onshore workshop. This position requires flexibility to alternate between offshore and onshore duties based on operational needs Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Offshore Crane Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and mechanical repairs on offshore cranes, winches, hoists, and related equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on cranes, identifying faults in the hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and taking corrective actions as necessary. Assist in the disassembly and assembly of crane components offshore, including gearboxes, hoists, brakes, drums, and hydraulic systems. Support the Offshore Crane Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring 5 Yearly Major Maintenance Overhauls are completed in a timely manner and downtime is minimized. Job Description Implement the PPM program and schedule of all kitchen and laundry equipment in the hotel. Follow up on local authority requirement maintenance plan for kitchen equipment. Keep record and coordinate with the hygiene manager to ensure all requirements are fulfilled for HACCP. Attend to repairs and maintenance of laundry equipment and kitchen equipment - both electric and gas. Be responsible for operation, repairs, and maintenance of all cold rooms, fridge units, ice machines, and other refrigerated systems. Be responsible for operation, repairs, and maintenance of all ovens, dishwashers, stoves, and other electric and gas equipment in the kitchen. Provide assistance/technical know-how in the installation of new or additional kitchen equipment. Conduct routine inspections of kitchen and bar areas and log all observations. Perform daily log readings of cold rooms and other refrigerated equipment, ensuring proper operation of the equipment. Perform equipment repairs as per manufacturer's recommendations. Perform assigned checklists, inspections, testing, and log readings. Check and replace fused lights in the kitchen.
