Job Description – Quantity Surveyor   Pre-Contract Preparation of Budget/Cost Estimates. Extract and prepare BOQs from project drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs to ensure accuracy in material, labour, plants and machineries cost estimation. Review tender documents, BOQs, and contract agreements. Post-Contract Prepare and submit monthly payment application to consultant and get it certified within stipulated time. Verify and approve subcontractor progress payment. Track and control project expenditures, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions. Preparation of cash inflow and cash outflow. Monitor cash flow projections, progress claims, and interim payment certificates. Track and report project progress against budget. Preparation of RFQ Packages, coordinate with Technical and Procurement Departments. Negotiate Subcontract packages. Qualification & Skills Post-Contract and Pre-Contract experience in Main Contractor organizations. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5- 8 years of UAE experience, preferably in residential and commercial projects. A Master’s Degree or Professional Certification (MRICS or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and flexible to work 6 days a week. In depth knowledge of UAE construction market and FIDIC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Description AECOM is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector for a major Roads and Infrastructure project located in Dubai. The role involves both inspection and the supervision of roads and infrastructure works of the project. To ensure that the activities are being executed in accordance with the project specification. Job Duties Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures together with any associated updates. Ensure the contractor/s compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents. Maintain records of the contractor human and equipment daily resources. Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE). Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor. This is to ensure the contractor is managing its resources, health and safety, and equipment needs on the site. Prepare daily report to the RE or ARE. This includes works orders, materials delivery, and daily inspections program. Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the RE and ARE. Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the site. Prepare any site measurements and surveying checks needed by the RE or ARE for pipes alignments and levels. Co-ordinate and co-operate with client project manager during their site inspections in the presence of the RE or ARE. Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records. Assist the ARE and RE in the preparation of any correspondences in compliance with the contract documents and site requirements. Where site problems are found, work with the RE or ARE to resolve them promptly. Monitor the start-up, commissioning and handover of the site works. Including maintaining records of the project milestones. Maintain records of materials tests performed and executed works. Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering RTA Approval is preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within similar projects, with minimum 3 years in UAE. UAE experience is preferred Relevant experience in comparable infrastructure & roads projects

Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will lead key elements of the site-based post contract delivery of our cost management activities having daily interaction with the rest of the AECOM site supervision team. They will be expected to work well as part of a team and autonomously and know when to reach back to the office / line manager for additional support. Arabic speaking considered a benefit. Job Summary The Civil Engineer is responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation of the project. In the absence of the Sr. Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer will assume his duties. Job Duties Review of Inspectors Daily Reports. Preparation of Engineer’s Daily Diary. General oversight of Inspector’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the Contractor’s operations. Review of Contractor’s inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s Shop Drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Monitoring the performance of the survey party. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s proposed materials and methods as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Preparation of Meeting Minutes as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Coordination with Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work. Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s schedule. Continuous Field Inspections of the work in the progress and consultation with both the Resident Engineer’s and Contractor’s supervisory staff. Preparation of written and oral reports to the Resident Engineer on contractual and procedural matters. Review of as-built drawings, in coordination with inspectors and surveyors. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Previous RTA approval is preferrable Experience 10+ years demonstrable experience in supervision of construction of roads and highways. Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in high-rise construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site measurements, setting out works, and ensuring precise execution of structural and architectural elements as per design specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct all types of land surveying, including topographical, boundary, and setting-out for structural and finishing works. Interpret and work with drawings, site plans, and architectural/structural layouts. Perform site inspections and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for high-rise structures. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related discrepancies. Maintain accurate field notes, survey data, and daily logs of activities and deviations. Ensure all surveying instruments are properly calibrated and maintained. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Land Surveying. 5–7 years of UAE experience, specifically on high-rise towers or large-scale developments. Proficient in using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, tolerances, and vertical alignment requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Traits: Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines. Familiar with Dubai Municipality and local authority requirements.
