Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Vacancy: 1 Location: U.A.E. Salary: Negotiable Nationality: No limitation Job Description : We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction projects, preferably related to TBM tunnel, rail, or metro. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget Review contracts and assist in procurement Measure and value work done on site Prepare progress reports and cost forecasts Requirements: 0–5 years of working experience (entry to mid level) Experience in TBM tunnel, rail, or metro projects is preferred Knowledge of quantity surveying principles and construction methods We offer: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) Work location: U.A.E.
