Join the Google Chrome Built-in AI Challenge 2025 and create innovative web applications or Chrome Extensions using a suite of built-in AI APIs and advanced models, including Gemini Nano. Here’s how you can leverage our cutting-edge suite of APIs to bring your ideas to life: * 💭 Prompt API: Generate dynamic user prompts and structured outputs, now with multimodal support for image and audio input. * 🔤 Proofreader API: Correct grammar mistakes effortlessly. * 📄 Summarizer API: Condense complex information into clear and insightful summaries. * 🌐 Translator API: Enhance your applications with multilingual capabilities and translate text into your preferred language. * ✏️ Writer API: Craft original and engaging text. * 🖊️ Rewriter API: Improve content with alternative options. These APIs operate client-side, ensuring that your AI features are delivered locally, prioritizing privacy, offline access, and cost-efficiency. For you and your users, this means: * ⚙️ Creative freedom: Build without worrying about server costs or quotas, enabling the development of new and proactive AI patterns. * 🔒 Inherent privacy: Deliver hyper-personalized experiences, with the assurance that user input or context remains on the device. * ✅ Network resilient UX: Create features with consistent availability and performance, even for users who are offline or on unstable connections. If you’re aiming to expand the reach of your web application or extension to a broader audience, including mobile users, consider implementing a hybrid AI strategy using either Firebase AI Logic or the Gemini Developer API.
