VIP Close Protection officer/Travelling Butler

AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled VIP Close Protection Officer/Travelling Butler to join our exclusive team. In this dual-role position, you will provide both personal protection and exemplary service to our high-profile clients, ensuring their safety and comfort during travels and events. This role requires a unique blend of security expertise, exceptional service standards, and the ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities Provide close protection and personal security for VIP clients during travel, events, and public appearances Assess security risks and implement effective safety measures tailored to the client’s needs Coordinate and plan travel itineraries, arranging transportation and accommodations to ensure seamless experiences Deliver exceptional butler service, including meal preparation, household management, and personal assistance Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or special requests with efficiency and care Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a cohesive and secure environment for clients Manage travel logistics, including packing, unpacking, and itinerary coordination. Provide formal service (e.g., table setting, food and beverage service). Liaise with hotels, private staff, and service providers to ensure client preferences are met. Maintain wardrobe and personal items, including laundry and garment care. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations, and correspondence. Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive service. Requirements Proven experience as a Close Protection Officer, Security Personnel, or in a similar role Valid training and certification in close protection and personal security Previous experience as a Butler or in high-end service environments Exceptional service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction Strong observational and analytical skills to assess and mitigate security risks Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently, including internationally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits Why Join AHS?
