We're expanding and looking for a driven Sales Representative to bring our delicious products to more shelves across the country. ________________________________________ Role Overview: We're seeking a Sales Representative with experience in B2B retail/vendor partnerships to drive product placements into supermarkets, cafes, specialty stores, and gourmet food retailers. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new retail partners • Cold calling, email outreach, and effective follow-up • Visit potential Partners/vendors, present and pitch products • Maintain CRM, handle sales reports, and admin tasks • Achieve monthly sales targets • Use AI tools to streamline outreach and sales workflows • Deliver clear, compelling marketing messages across digital and face-to-face channels • Follow vendor registration & KYC processes • Build positive relationship with existing partner and establishes new partners by actively planning and organizing daily work schedule • Accountable for the achievement of territory sales volumes by category. • Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, shopper profiles) to senior management. • Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in-store in the assigned area(s). • Ensure on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the vendors and following up with store visits. • Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf as per company policy. • Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy. • Ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with company set payment terms. • Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms. • Follow up with vendors on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise. • Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of the products on the shelves. • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken ________________________________________ Requirements: • 2+ years B2B sales experience (FMCG/Retail preferred) • Bachelors Degree or equivalent • Strong admin, communication & follow-up skills • Result-driven and self-motivated personalities are encourage to apply • UAE Driving License (Preferred) • Familiarity with AI tools and digital sales platforms • Excellent email writing and pitch presentation skills • Must be able to join immediately • Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow are welcome to apply ________________________________________ Why Work with Us? - Performance based incentives - Growing brand with exciting career growth potential - Work with premium, in-demand products - Empowered, target-driven culture - Based in UAE – field + work from office ________________________________________ Apply Now!
