About the Opportunity We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented Full Time Direct Sales Associate to join our dynamic Business Development Team. This role offers significant responsibility and the potential for rapid career advancement. You’ll need to bring energy, initiative, and a strong drive to succeed, as your day will revolve around generating and nurturing your own leads. In this client-facing role, you'll engage directly with senior decision-makers, introducing our strategic CFO-led financial services to SMEs, startups, and business owners across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for accounting, tax, audit, and advisory services. • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events. • Present and promote the firm’s services to potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial and compliance needs. • Act as a liaison between clients and the firm’s service teams. • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the firm’s overall revenue growth. • Work closely with auditors, accountants, and consultants to align client needs with service delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English • Knowledge of SMEs’ financial challenges is a strong advantage • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently • Based in UAE with flexibility to work onsite and remotely • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field is preferred • 1+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in in financial consulting or related industry • Good organizational and time-management skills • A positive attitude, good initiative and enterprise • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information What we offer: ✔ Salary AED 3,000/- + incentives ✔ Career growth opportunities ✔ Friendly and professional work environment
