Sales Executive (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the shipping and freight forwarding sector.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling freight services (Air, Sea, Land & WH) and a strong client network. (Mandatory)
This role requires both strategic planning and field sales execution to grow our customer base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads and convert prospects into customers for SEA (FCL, LCL, BREAKBULK,RORO), Air, Land freight services and Warehousing.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for service execution and rate negotiations.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and provide market intelligence.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and other networking events.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and trade lanes.
• Existing client portfolio in UAE/GCC or other key markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
