Roles & Responsibilities Experience in Electrical & Switchgear Industry is the Must, Should have experience in building material Industry Conduct market research on Building Material products to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and the stage of Construction Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, E-mail campaigns, Providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with customer inquiries immediately Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions on daily basis Managing sales orders / Performa Invoice / Tax Invoice / Delivery notes / payment receipt and ensuring timely delivery to customers. (Just coordination with delivery team. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the sales process. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Preparing sales reports and presenting them to management. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections on the phone Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
