Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calling, email shots, and social media platforms. Qualifying inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams. Research target accounts, understanding their business needs, and identifying decision-makers. Sales Support: Assist the Sales Head in managing sales pipelines, including tracking opportunities and progress. Effective coordination with distributors & Vendors Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation required for customer meetings. Coordinate follow-ups with prospective customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer data in the ERP/CRM system (Microsoft D365). Ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and support the Sales Head in building long-term partnerships. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information about products, services, and promotions. Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers. Administrative Support: Help schedule meetings, coordinate and organize meetings for the Sales Head and sales team. Manage communications on behalf of the Sales Head when needed, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Familiarity with sales ERP/CRM systems, Knowledge of Microsoft D365 will be an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., IT infrastructure, cloud services, security solutions) is preferred. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
