Job Title: Sales Merchandiser Location: Dubai Department: Sales/Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to support our sales team by ensuring products are well-presented, stocked, and promoted effectively in retail environments. This role involves traveling to store locations, maintaining inventory levels, setting up promotional displays, and building strong relationships with store managers and staff. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned retail stores on a regular schedule to merchandise products according to brand standards. Ensure product displays are clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Monitor and replenish inventory; report stock issues or low levels to the sales team. Implement in-store promotions and marketing campaigns (e.g., signage, endcaps, seasonal displays). Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to maximize product visibility and sales. Analyze product placement, pricing, and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback. Track and report store visits, display compliance, and sales trends using mobile reporting tools or spreadsheets. Collaborate with sales representatives to meet territory sales goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in marketing or business is a plus. Proven experience in merchandising, retail sales, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, or mobile reporting tools. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with planograms and retail display guidelines. Knowledge of product rotation practices (FIFO/LIFO). Experience working with multiple retailers or brands. Work Environment: Primarily in-store at retail partner locations. May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Some evening or weekend hours depending on store schedules and promotional periods. W/ DRIVING LICENSE
