The candidate should have the following skills and qualifications to be successful in their role: Responsibilities: • Coordination of all jobs related to the Sales Department • Assist with all jobs related to the department as well as the generation of reports • Coordination of all jobs related to and requested by the manager. • Keep and maintain the records and files of the department confidential • Responds to client concerns • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. • Prepare meeting points and presentations for the sales team. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Proficient in MS Office and SAP (or similar systems). • Exceptional time management and organizational skills • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends • Confidentiality • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other similar fields. • Preferred Gender and Nationality: Female, Filipino

We are expanding our team to strengthen our customer handling and sales process. Role Overview The Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for customers who inquire via our website, WhatsApp, phone, and social media. The role is focused on relationship building, lead management, and sales coordination. Technical support will be provided by our engineers for design and site visits. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, social media). Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, and timeline. Present Skylark Pools’ services, highlight benefits, and build trust with clients. Coordinate site visits with project engineers and ensure smooth communication. Maintain and update CRM/Excel lead tracking system with status updates. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into confirmed projects. Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and presentations. Work closely with engineers for technical details and accurate pricing. Upsell additional services (landscaping, pergolas, lighting, maintenance). Support marketing activities (Google Ads, exhibitions, social media campaigns). Provide regular sales reports to management (weekly/monthly). Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in construction, interiors, landscaping, real estate, or luxury products/services in UAE. Strong communication and negotiation skills (English is must, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage). Excellent customer handling ability with a professional, client-first attitude. Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools. Presentable personality, with confidence to meet clients at site or office. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred, but not mandatory for initial role). What We Offer Competitive salary + attractive commission structure.
