Light Vehicle Driver

Job Summary: The Limousine Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, and high-quality transportation services to clients in line with the company’s premium standards. The role includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the journey. Key Responsibilities: Provide luxury transportation services to clients in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-maintained vehicle at all times. Adhere to all RTA and traffic rules, ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Greet and assist passengers with luggage and ensure a positive experience. Follow assigned schedules, trip routes, and duty rosters. Coordinate with the Operations Team for daily assignments and updates. Handle cashless transactions and refrain from accepting direct payments unless it's a voluntary tip. Immediately report any incidents, delays, vehicle issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and customer feedback. Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professional conduct. Requirements: Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Category 3) Minimum 2 years of experience driving luxury or executive vehicles in the UAE Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, landmarks, and airports Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Presentable appearance and professional demeanor Flexible with shift timings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with GPS, dispatch apps, and mobile devices
