This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their fitness needs, recommending suitable equipment, and driving sales while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom & outside at various business locations, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Develop a strong understanding of gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, free weights, and accessories. Demonstrate equipment functions and features to customers. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner. Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining showroom appearance. Stay updated with fitness industry trends and competitor offerings. Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and product launches. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in retail sales (fitness, sports, or lifestyle products preferred). Knowledge and personal interest in fitness, wellness, or gym training (advantageous). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical features of equipment in simple terms. Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, POS systems). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to assist them in selecting apparel and accessories. Provide expert advice on style, fit, and fashion trends to help customers make purchasing decisions. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including fabric types, sizes, and garment care instructions. Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently. Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock according to visual merchandising guidelines. Monitor stock levels and inform the manager of low inventory or popular items. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Participate in promotional activities, events, and seasonal sales campaigns. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel retail or a fashion store. Strong knowledge of clothing styles, fabrics, and fashion trends. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Presentable appearance with a keen sense of style. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
