Accountable for the management and delivery of project/s, including but not limited to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific service provisions and meet client specifications. Accountable for the timely and efficient delivery of the Contracted Services to the Client, including Safety, Quality, Core Personnel and Equipment provision, Maintenance, and Project Delivery. Responsible for the delivery of all Commercial aspects of the contract Focused on customer satisfaction, business development, and profitability for EnerMech. Highlight key risks to Management and manage appropriately. Provides Leadership and guidance to direct reports and wider team where appropriate on technical, resourcing, and contractual matters. Responsible for ensuring plans are in place and maintained to support and deliver client Integrated Asset Plans and EnerMech support capability. To be the client's representative in ensuring any wider EnerMech departments deliver as per commitments. Maintain the Business Forecast Tool associated with the contract. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Ownership and compliance to ensure EnerMech meets client HSE and Quality expectations. Manage the day-to-day delivery of the contract and any allocated core or ad-hoc support teams. Accountable for managing EnerMech/Client-specific objectives/KPI’s to ensure actions are completed and targets met. Accountable for managing weekly/monthly client reporting – ensuring all monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time, including Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs), FPALs, etc. Attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilization readiness and gate compliance Make and implement recommendations to clients to improve, equipment or asset integrity/service delivery/equipment availability. Responsible for the completion of all accounts payable invoices on a weekly/monthly basis as required by the business line. Coordinate contract-specific incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis Develop and present monthly/QPR (Quality Performance Review) meetings. Travel offshore/to sites to carry out audits, management visits, and surveys once a quarter or as required. Accountable for sign-off on all contract CTRs (Cost Time Resource), Work packs, Invoices, etc. as “contract Representative”. Ensuring that NAV is used effectively and in line with processes to be able to track and report business performance. Manage and lead the contract planning control room sessions. Support the Operational Leader to liaise with EnerMech field crews on a daily/frequent basis regarding operational and project performance matters. Ensure that any Safety Critical Maintenance requirements are identified and actions by the EnerMech Technical Authority to delivery project requirements. Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and aged Debt. Deal with any employee issues with HR support where required. Requirements Proven experience in successful management and delivering the performance of projects through the project lifecycle. Demonstrable experience in Pipeline Pre-commissioning, supporting client organizations, leading teams, and strong commercial awareness. Offshore survival & OGUK Medical. Preferred: Project Management qualification or equivalent industry experience in managing project delivery. Mechanical Engineering Degree or relevant technical qualification with industry experience. Job Purpose The Engineering Projects section specializes in evaluating, specifying, and negotiating new and used aircraft acquisitions. We oversee the entire process, from initial evaluation and assembly inspection to final delivery and acceptance. We develop detailed specifications for aircraft and new system installations, including Passenger Entertainment and Connectivity Services (IFE) and Cabin Interiors. Our team ensures that all regulatory requirements, safety standards, functionality, and maintainability are met for each aircraft's entry into service. As a Project Engineer, you will provide technical expertise during the design and development of Emirates aircraft products in their respective fields i.e. Avionics, In Flight Entertainment (IFE), Cabin Interior, Airframe systems, Power Plant Engineering and Structure. To specify the Emirates aircraft definition to ensure that they are correctly configured prior to delivery and that all Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) and Seller Furnished Equipment (SFE) programmes are delivered as per the specification and on time. In this role, you will: Evaluate information from various sources including Vendors, in house experience of in-service equipment and industry research/developments, in order to facilitate the selection of BFE (i.e. IFE , communication/navigation equipment, galleys and seats etc.) in future aircraft. Prepare recommendations for the introduction of new equipment selection for both future and in-service fleets, taking into account new trends within the industry. Participate in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), airline working groups to steer aircraft Interior design and other equipment specifications to EK needs / benefit. Participate in initial technical co-ordination meetings , preliminary design reviews, critical design reviews and First Article Inspections (FAI) of new equipment with the relevant suppliers/airframes, participate in source inspection. Follow-up design issues with suppliers and prepare action plan of open FAI issues. Monitor the performance of aircraft and equipment for the in-service fleet by reviewing Technical Follow Ups (TFU) and Production Review Records (PRR), in order to ensure the timely introduction of committed changes by Manufacturers and Vendors for new programmes. To evaluate requirements of stakeholders to introduce enhancements to equipment and services and prepare recommendations and/or cost analysis in liaison with other operational areas of EK in order to support the introduction of changes to aircraft specifications of future fleets. Closely liaise with other stakeholders to ensure that any approved requirements for on-board features and functionalities are met. Participate with management to negotiate technical and commercial aspects of specific changes. Continuously review regulatory requirements that are being introduced in the industry for implementation in the specifications of future fleet. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth introduction of new aircraft at `Transfer of Title' and entry into operation. Review delivery updates during production process for any commitment letter items that needs to be addressed with the delivery manager for each newly introduced aircraft. Conduct research and feasibility studies, provide recommendations to optimize aircraft operations and improve the passenger experience in Cabin for the introductions of the future EK fleet. Assist the project team members in preparing budget requirements for new programs and suggesting recommendations. Assist Manager Aircraft Acceptance during final cabin acceptance and various inspections, design reviews. To also carry out post airplane delivery inspection before entry into Service. Develop, assist and coach you project team members and ensure project delivery. Qualification To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautical Engineering and/or holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence. Experience of 10+ years in aircraft engineering preferably with 5 years in projects Aircraft Delivery related profession. Thorough knowledge of the latest technical developments in Airframe, Power Plant, Avionics, IFE Equipment, Cabin equipment and installations and industry trends of future changes. As an Agile Delivery Consultant / Release Train Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement agile principles and practices. You will facilitate the flow of work, remove impediments, and ensure that teams are aligned and working towards common goals. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies. Track and report project progress to stakeholders and management. Remove impediments and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and best practices.
