BlackStone eIT, a leading software company, is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Consultant / Release Train Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving agile transformations and ensuring successful delivery of software products. As an Agile Delivery Consultant / Release Train Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement agile principles and practices. You will facilitate the flow of work, remove impediments, and ensure that teams are aligned and working towards common goals. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies. Track and report project progress to stakeholders and management. Remove impediments and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Collaborate with other Agile Delivery Consultants / Release Train Engineers to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Consultant, Release Train Engineer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, principles, and practices. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist are highly desired. Experience leading agile transformations and implementing agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of agile project management tools, such as JIRA or Rally. Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Role The Projects Control Lead role is primarily responsible for establishing the project planning system, draft associated written procedures preparing the Project Contract Master Schedule for all disciplines of work. Supporting the relevant regions and business line leadership in providing cost forecasting and reporting. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Manage and coordinate the activities of the Cost Engineer, Contracts Engineer and Planning Engineer on all Project Control issues / tasks to ensure a high level of commercial and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Spare Parts Purchasing Source and procure required spare parts based on workshop needs and diagnosis reports. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing for best value. Ensure timely delivery of parts to avoid delays in repair jobs. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory records accurately. Maintain compliance with company procurement procedures. Estimating (Based on Reports Only) Receive repair reports from the diagnosis team and prepare accurate estimates. Calculate required parts and labor costs for each job.
