• Preparing project Initiation documentation (Business Case, Project Charter…) • Preparing project scope, timeframes, schedule, deliverables, and budget. • Plan project activities; allocate resources. • Manage Changes activities and help in updating project plans to include agreed changes. • Organize; attend meetings with all stakeholders during project lifetime as needed. • Ensures that quality reviews according MPDA quality assurance policies and procedures. • Following MPDA PM methodology in project documentatio • Identifying risks and preparing required mitigation plans. • Provide lessons learnt recommendations to improve PM related standards and procedures. • Monitor and control project activates • Prepare and present weekly progress report to management • Prepare all related management reports and escalate to management as needed • Response to all correspondence as required . • Experience working in DevSecOps environment Requirements • Project management, Communication skills Arabic/English (verbal and written) • Attention to detail and multitasking skills • Strong working knowledge of (MS Project) • Leadership, and team player skills • Documentation & Presentation skills • Analytical problem-solving skills • Integration of service management and information security in project life cycle. • Experience with risk management in project management with an emphasis on information security risks as well. • Experience with embedding security requirements across the whole life cycle of the project from Requirements to release. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to analyze user needs and business requirements to solve complex design problems and create innovative solutions. • Ability to manage conflicting priorities. • Certified in PMP with minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager (Government Projects). • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related degree. MBA is a plus • Linguistic Skills: Native Arabic, expert in English • PMP / PRINCE II certified • ISO 20000/ ITIL Training / Certificate is plus.

Accountable for sign-off on all contract CTRs (Cost Time Resource), Work packs, Invoices, etc. as “contract Representative”. Ensuring that NAV is used effectively and in line with processes to be able to track and report business performance. Manage and lead the contract planning control room sessions. Support the Operational Leader to liaise with EnerMech field crews on a daily/frequent basis regarding operational and project performance matters. Ensure that any Safety Critical Maintenance requirements are identified and actions by the EnerMech Technical Authority to delivery project requirements. Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and aged Debt. Deal with any employee issues with HR support where required. Requirements Proven experience in successful management and delivering the performance of projects through the project lifecycle. Demonstrable experience in Pipeline Pre-commissioning, supporting client organizations, leading teams, and strong commercial awareness. Offshore survival & OGUK Medical. Preferred: Project Management qualification or equivalent industry experience in managing project delivery. Mechanical Engineering Degree or relevant technical qualification with industry experience.
