Lead manufacturing enterprises in transitioning to Industry 4.0, implementing smart manufacturing and digital factory projects Oversee the integration and application of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems on production lines Coordinate the deployment of automation systems, digital twins, and data analytics platforms Manage multinational suppliers and local integrators to ensure compliance with UAE's "Operation 300bn" industrial strategy Develop digital transformation roadmaps and evaluate return on investment (ROI) Qualifications & Requirements: Master's degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science 10+ years of experience in manufacturing digital transformation, with at least 3 years in the Middle East Proficient in industrial automation platforms such as Siemens and Rockwell Familiar with UAE's Industry 4.0 policies and subsidy programs Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Arabic language proficiency preferred UAE Salary Range: 35,000 - 55,000 AED/month
