







Position Overview: Lead the development and optimization of Arabic-first e-commerce platforms, focusing on UAE market penetration and user experience optimization for both web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop product strategy for UAE market considering local payment preferences (cash on delivery, local cards) Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features supporting Arabic RTL (right-to-left) interface requirements Analyze user behavior data from UAE-specific platforms (Noon, Amazon.ae competitor analysis) Coordinate with compliance teams for UAE data localization (PDPL) and consumer protection regulations Manage vendor relationships with local payment gateways (Telr, PayTabs, Network International) Drive A/B testing programs tailored to UAE user preferences Qualifications Required: 7+ years product management experience in consumer internet Proven success launching products in UAE/GCC markets Experience with Arabic language digital products Technical background with understanding of MEAN/MERN stacks Knowledge of UAE e-commerce regulations and VAT implications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
