Monitor and manage the daily operations for Shipa Ecommerce end-to-end from the time data is received in Parcel Management module all the way to delivery and invoicing to clients.This job excludes payments, receivables, and payables. Your Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of courier and logistics services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e-commerce packages Manage hub/warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound package handling, sorting, and dispatch Draft SOPs and work with Tech team on drafting system operations requirement and improving user experience on Shipa Ecommerce systems Supervise last-mile delivery execution and optimize delivery routes for cost-efficiency and speed Coordinate with Tech team, clients, vendors, and finance team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met Train, and manage delivery associates, drivers, and operations support staff Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans Utilize logistics software and tracking tools to manage orders, shipments, and fleet movement Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards in all operations Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives Prepare reports and analytics for senior management, highlighting performance trends and operational KPIs Requirements Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 5–7 years of experience in courier/logistics operations, preferably in the e-commerce sector Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integration processes Experience with route optimization and fleet management technologies Knowledge of local and regional logistics regulations Your Competencies: Technical: E-commerce Platform Proficiency Data Analysis and Reporting Customer Service Management Proficiency in logistics management systems and tools Proven experience in last-mile delivery and hub operations Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Behavioral: Teamwork and Collaboration Strong communication and stakeholder management skill Quality and Results focused Learning Agility Business Acumen Strategic Thinking Adaptability and Flexibility Negotiation and influence Emotional Intelligence Decision Making
