Meraki Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Coordinator-Technical Submittals to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between project managers, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring the seamless flow of material information and technical documentation. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the technical submittal process for materials and products. Liaise with project managers and architects to ensure compliance with project specifications. Review technical documents for accuracy and completeness before submission. Track and monitor submittal statuses and follow up on approvals. Maintain organized records of all technical submittals and supplier correspondence. Assist in the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials. Resolve any issues related to material discrepancies or delays with suppliers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in materials coordination or construction project management. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
