Description

• Invoicing and Accounts Management: Generate and manage invoices, track payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Quotation Process: Prepare and manage quotations for new clients or new jobs from existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Understanding client requirements and engaging in internal discussions to prepare appropriate quotes is essential. • Client Coordination: Proactively coordinate with clients regarding ongoing jobs and maintain strong client relationships. • Compliance: Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed. • Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly reports. • Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues related to clients, invoicing, and accounts support. • Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all client communications, create separate digital and physical folders for projects, and ensure contracts are logged. • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other tasks as required by the team. • Database Management: Utilize the existing client database and ensure it is clearly organized by industry type. • Business Development: Once the database is cleansed, establish email communication with current and new clients with the objective of increasing business opportunities.
