Tele-caller – Real Estate Division (Female Preferred) About the Role We’re not looking for someone to just “make calls.” We’re looking for a driven closer — someone who can pick up the phone, command attention, and turn conversations into business. If you thrive on targets, love building client connections, and want to grow in one of Dubai’s fastest-moving industries, this is for you. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and investors. Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and persuasion. Present our real estate services clearly, confidently, and convincingly. Maintain detailed call logs, leads, and client records in CRM. Consistently follow up and convert warm leads into closed deals. Hit a minimum target of 200 calls/day (quality + quantity both matter). Bring in your own reliable client database (a big advantage). What We’re Looking For Female candidates preferred (due to team structure). Outstanding English communication; Arabic is a strong plus. Natural confidence, persuasive energy, and customer-first mindset. Basic tech skills (MS Office, Email, CRM handling). Resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
