Real Estate Broker

A real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional with extensive expertise in the real estate sector in Dubai, particularly in sales, purchases, leasing, and management of existing properties, as well as new real estate projects offered for sale by developers in the Emirate of Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s operations, supervising its members, and leading the company’s future expansion initiatives within Dubai’s real estate sector. Responsibilities: - Lead real estate sales, purchases, and leasing operations in Dubai through the company and its members, for both existing properties and new real estate projects launched by developers in the Emirate of Dubai. - Meet with clients and potential investors, communicate with them, and convince them of the importance of real estate investment in Dubai at this time, along with the expected benefits and returns from each investment. - Supervise the selection of real estate consultants for future employment with the company, train them, develop their skills, and lead the company’s future expansion in Dubai’s real estate sector by growing the workforce and expanding the network of clients and investors. - Monitor and update the latest developments in Dubai’s real estate market, including price trends, and stay informed about regulations governing real estate activities and investment in the market for foreigners and residents. Requirements for applicants: - Preference will be given to applicants of Arab nationality with a minimum of three to five years of experience in the real estate sector, exclusively in real estate brokerage. Candidates must hold a valid real estate broker license issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in the Emirate of Dubai. - Must have a strong network of clients and investors, as well as good relationships with real estate developers active in Dubai’s real estate market, and prior experience working with them. - Must be proficient in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Must have thorough knowledge of the laws and regulations governing real estate investment in the Emirate of Dubai for foreigners and residents, applicable to both existing and new properties launched by real estate developers. - Must demonstrate leadership and creativity, and have the ability to expand the company and position it competitively within Dubai’s real estate sector. - Must be capable of working under pressure, function effectively as part of a team, possess strong interpersonal communication skills, and contribute to problem-solving. - Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license. - This position is open only to male real estate consultants.
