Key Job Functions: • Arranging Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming etc. • Promoting sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. • Should be actively involved in sale/rent of residential/commercial properties (businesses, factories, shops and plots) on behalf of Landlords. • Following proper documentation process for every transaction and making sure that the compliance is always met. • Staying in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seeking his help to improvise. • Always staying informed about Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in your area of specialization. • Assessing buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration. • Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process • Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and close high-value deals • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current real estate market trends and developments • Provide clients with accurate information and investment guidance • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners • Prepare and present real estate offers and contracts • Coordinate with legal, mortgage, and admin teams for smooth transactions
