With over $5B of digital assets and a mission to redefine wealth creation, we’re seeking a Director of Sales Operations and Enablement to optimize our global sales engine and empower our team to drive exponential growth.  Role Overview  Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement will oversee the strategy, processes, and tools that power Coin Factory’s global sales organization. You’ll streamline operations, enhance sales team performance through training and enablement programs, and provide data-driven insights to maximize revenue from our token portfolio (e.g., MGC, RZUSD, RealEstate) and services like GMAAS.  Requirements Responsibilities  Design and implement scalable sales processes to support global teams across token sales, channel partnerships, and ecosystem partnerships.  Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to optimize pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.  Develop and deliver sales enablement programs, including training on tokenomics, blockchain solutions, and competitive positioning.  Collaborate with sales leaders to align operational strategies with revenue goals, ensuring efficiency in markets like gaming, real estate, and DeFi.  Analyze sales performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.  Manage sales technology stack, integrating tools for automation, analytics, and partner management.  Ensure compliance with crypto regulations in sales operations and data handling across regions.  Qualifications  7+ years of experience in sales operations or enablement, with 2+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.  Proven track record of optimizing sales processes that support $10M+ in annual revenue.  Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Gong).  Strong understanding of token sales, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems; familiarity with Coin Factory’s offerings (e.g., MGC, GMAAS) a plus.  Experience designing and delivering sales training programs for global, distributed teams.  Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.  Benefits Why Join Us?  Competitive package (Base, bonuses, equity options).  Drive operational excellence for a leading crypto innovator.  Flexible remote work or join our dynamic team in Zug, Switzerland.  Collaborate with a global, passionate team shaping the future of finance.  Comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and professional development support.  How to Apply  Click "Apply Now" on LinkedIn and submit your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a cover letter detailing your experience in sales operations and passion for Coin Factory’s mission.
