Driven Properties is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join our vibrant team in providing exceptional service to our clients in the commercial property market. This role is essential for helping clients navigate their real estate decisions, from leasing to investment opportunities, ensuring they achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their objectives. Conduct thorough market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties. Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements, and coordinating with legal teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers to facilitate successful transactions. Prepare detailed market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about market trends and investment opportunities. Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns. Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively. Stay updated on local zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends that could impact clients' decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
