A construction company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Secretarial Clerk who is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the activities of the Company. These include: 1) preparing and organizing documents, files and records of the Company; 2) assisting the preparation of reports and presentations; 3) maintaining company documentation filings and records in systematic approach; 4) assisting the processing of customer orders and payments; 5) assisting the processing of supplier and subcontractor orders and payments; 6) responding to the outsiders’ inquiries; 7) coordinate with project team(s) to support their administrative and clerical needs; 8) providing other general administrative and clerical supports as the Company thinks fit. This position requires 6 days work per week, from Monday to Saturday. The Secretarial Clerk must be well-organized, detail-oriented, customer service oriented, good written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc. This position must also be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
