Manage appointments, greet clients, and handle phone calls. 2. Process real estate paperwork and monitor deadlines. 3. Organize community outreach and compile weekly/monthly reports. *Organize & Schedule appointments. *Greet clients & answer phone calls. *Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible. *Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary. *Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area. *Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
