BlackStone eIT is looking for a talented and experienced Balance Scorecard Professional to join our strategic management team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the balance scorecard framework to improve organizational performance and align business activities to the vision and strategy of the company. Responsibilities Design and develop balanced scorecard metrics and performance indicators that align with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and integration of performance management processes. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the balanced scorecard implementation to identify areas of improvement. Provide training and support to team members on the balanced scorecard methodology and tools. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders in performance discussions and strategic planning. Monitor industry trends and best practices related to performance management and balanced scorecards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, strategic planning, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of balanced scorecard concepts, methodologies, and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in performance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Prior experience in the software industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Executive & Personal Assistance: Provide end-to-end support to senior executives, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
