Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and business planning. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred. Experience: 12+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and financial modeling. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
