Role Summary: The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing daily business operations, guaranteeing the smooth implementation of our strategic vision. You will oversee essential departments, enhance internal processes, and elevate performance across our projects, teams, and partnerships. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations with a focus on scalability, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with the executive team to align company operations with long-term strategic goals. Lead and manage the daily operations of AHS Properties, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute business strategies and plans for growth Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Oversee project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions Represent AHS Properties in key business meetings and negotiations Requirements Proven experience (10+ years) as a COO, General Manager, or in a similar executive role in the luxury real estate sector Strong understanding of real estate operations, project management, and business development Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of real estate market trends in the UAE Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions in Dubai Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred A commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
