The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and take down of construction sites and work areas Support skilled workers with their tasks and duties, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are met Help with basic measurements and preparations for construction tasks Follow instructions and adhere to project timelines Report any issues or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions Requirements Previous experience as a Helper in construction or fit-out projects is preferred but not mandatory Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects Strong willingness to learn and take direction Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to safety Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts as required Reliability and punctuality are essential Must be available to start immediately Benefits Salary + Accomodation

In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts related to façade projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost estimations and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports related to façade works. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure the best value. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial status to stakeholders. We are redefining chronic disease management through an integrated care model, continuous monitoring technologies, and a multidisciplinary team approach. Job Summary:  GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is looking for a highly motivated UAE National graduate to join our team as a Project Coordinator focused on brownfield healthcare builds. This role is ideally suited for an Emirati with a biomedical or biotech engineering background, who will be trained and mentored to develop deep project management and technical skills in healthcare infrastructure development. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of refurbishment, expansion, and fit-out projects across our healthcare facilities, with a focus on the coordination of medical equipment procurement, contractor and vendor management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. This is an opportunity to grow into a key leadership role in healthcare project delivery in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution: Support brownfield healthcare facility expansion and renovation projects from design through to handover. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to align project work with clinical and operational requirements. Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones, reporting any risks or delays proactively. Equipment Procurement & Management: Assist in the procurement, logistics, and installation of medical and non-medical equipment. Liaise with equipment suppliers and ensure equipment meets clinical specifications and regulatory compliance. Maintain an inventory and handover checklist for all installed equipment during project close-out. Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, architects, and contractors. Help ensure all work complies with DHA, Civil Defense, MOHRE, and other regulatory requirements.
