Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Personal Trainers to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Face Off Fitness, you will work directly with clients to create and implement customized fitness programs, track progress, and motivate them to reach their health and fitness goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members. Design personalized training programs tailored to clients’ needs and goals. Provide one-on-one or small group personal training sessions. Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly. Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients are using proper form and technique. Motivate and encourage clients consistently to stay committed to their goals. Maintain a clean and safe training environment. Stay updated with current fitness trends and techniques. Represent the Face Off Fitness brand with professionalism and energy. Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE preferred or equivalent recognized certification). Previous experience as a personal trainer in a gym or fitness center. Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and health practices. Positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels and ages. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Presentable, punctual, and committed. Preferred: Experience working in Dubai or the GCC region. Additional certifications (e.g., strength training, weight loss, rehabilitation, etc.)
