Job Summary Client is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Concept Design Architect with 6–8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of computational design, AI-driven tools, and parametric workflows, and be capable of delivering projects from early concept through to final presentation and documentation. Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptual design process and presentations using advanced digital tools. Develop iterative, responsive parametric models using Rhino + Grasshopper. Apply AI and generative design tools to optimize massing, layouts, and design schemes. Create high-quality 3D renders, visual narratives, and animations using 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion. Manage and coordinate BIM models using Revit across all design stages.
