As the Engineering Business Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of engineers, driving the technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities Design of the main pillars that make up the technical solution Take responsibility for preparing a modular and flexible design that meets business requirements Adhere to technical requirements in user stories, thus providing input for both the IT analyst and the testing officer Lead the use of solutions and architectures effectively to achieve business outcomes in line with business requirements Support the principles of architectural governance and design the successful implementation of architectural outputs Contribute to the effective management of risks and problems related to the design of solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Have at least 10 to 12 years of experience in the field of IT management or in any other position related to the architecture of IT solutions Demonstrate the ability to report on the complexities of technical programs Experience IT-related competence in a secure network environment Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a similar related field Work experience following an agile methodology and using the continuous integration and installation process Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and leading teams Experience in driving the technical direction and strategy of projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices Excellent communication and leadership abilities
