Callsign is venturing on a multi-cloud strategy and looking for exceptional talent with experience in AWS. As an AWS DevOps Engineer here at Callsign, you will play a critical role to work with our engineering team to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud native solution on AWS Platform. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify the most optimal cloud-based solutions and maintain cloud infrastructures in accordance with best practices and company security policies. Requirements Support the design, implementation, and management of scalable, highly available and secure infrastructure on AWS, using services such as EKS, Aurora RDS, MSK, and Elasticache. Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ensuring consistency across environments. Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Pipelines and GitOps tools like FluxCD or ArgoCD. Troubleshoot complex problems with a solid understanding of kubernetes cluster operations, networking, and workload deployment. Manage the deprecation and replacement of AWS-managed and third-party services reaching end-of-life. Implement and maintain observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic, ElasticSearch, and Cloudwatch. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing, including cross-region failover and automation of DR workflows. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers, contribute to solution design, and support production deployments. Document infrastructure, processes, and operational runbooks to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding. Participate in on-call rotations and support production deployments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing production workloads on AWS. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Must have hands-on experience with EKS, Aurora RDS, ElastiCache, IAM, and MSK for managing production workloads. Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation. Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab Pipelines and GitOps workflows using FluxCD or ArgoCD. Scripting experience in Bash or Python. Understanding of security tools like Kyverno and Trivy. Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Newrelic Exposure to disaster recovery concepts and basic implementation practices. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.   Nice to Have:   AWS Professional Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS). Experience working in FinTech environments, with an understanding of compliance, security, and performance requirements. Benefits Competitive salary. he Lean Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment. This role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency through Lean principles and methodologies. The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, to enhance overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Kanban. Waste Reduction: Implement strategies to eliminate waste (TIMWOODS: Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects, and Skills) and increase efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen events and root cause analysis (RCA) sessions to drive sustainable improvements. Standard Work & SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure process consistency. The role of the Electrical Engineer includes the following aspects: Support procurement of electrical packages : technical bid evaluations, vendor documents review (during bid phase and during execution), fabrication follow-up. Comment and validate documentation issued by Engineering Contractor. Attend FAT/SAT. Support during construction and pre-commissioning. Address site queries.
