LEED Engineer

Job Title: LEED Engineer – High-Rise Construction Location: [Dubai, UAE] Industry: Construction / Sustainable Building / Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and passionate LEED Engineer to join our team for a landmark high-rise construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing LEED certification processes and sustainable building practices throughout all project phases, ensuring environmental goals are met in line with LEED standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage LEED certification strategy for high-rise building projects. Coordinate with design, MEP, sustainability consultants, and construction teams to ensure green building requirements are met. Prepare and submit LEED documentation to GBCI/USGBC and track credits throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and integrate sustainable solutions into building design and construction practices. Conduct materials evaluation, energy modeling reviews, and indoor environmental quality assessments. Provide guidance and training to project stakeholders on LEED compliance and sustainable construction practices. Monitor site implementation of LEED strategies and manage credit documentation. Stay updated on local green building regulations and global sustainability trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Accredited LEED AP (BD+C) certification is required. Minimum 4–6 years of experience working on LEED-certified commercial or high-rise building projects. Strong understanding of sustainable building systems, energy efficiency, and materials compliance. Experience with LEED Online platform and familiarity with other green building standards (e.g., Estidama, WELL, BREEAM) is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
