This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer Landscape & Swimming Pool at Asico Real Estate located in Dubai. The Project Engineer will be responsible for project management, engineering, planning, and communication related to landscape and swimming pool projects. We seek a skilled Swimming Pool Engineer & Landscape Specialist to design, construct, and maintain luxury pools, water features, and integrated outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in hydraulic systems with creative landscape design to deliver sustainable, aesthetically pleasing projects for residential/commercial clients. Responsibilities: Pool Engineering & Design Landscape Integration Project Management Client & Team Collaboration Requirements Proficiency in CAD software, hydraulic calculations, and pool construction techniques. Knowledge of pumps, filters, HVAC (for indoor pools), and smart pool automation. Familiarity with concrete/GFRP/vinyl-liner pools. Landscape Design: Experience with irrigation systems, tropical plants, stonework, and outdoor lighting. Understanding of slope stability, drainage, and erosion control. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while maintaining high safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to designs, specifications, and regulations. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progress. Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner to prevent delays. Prepare detailed project reports, including timelines and budget tracking. Ensure all materials used and work performed meet contract specifications. he Lean Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment. This role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency through Lean principles and methodologies. The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, to enhance overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Kanban. Waste Reduction: Implement strategies to eliminate waste (TIMWOODS: Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects, and Skills) and increase efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen events and root cause analysis (RCA) sessions to drive sustainable improvements. Standard Work & SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure process consistency.
