Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in program and project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation. Proven experience as a Program Manager, successfully delivering strategic programs. Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in program management software and tools.
