Position Overview: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial success across Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs, with a strong focus on advancing adoption and revenue growth in the rapidly emerging market of Medical Equipments and Pharmaceuticals like Rare Diseases. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will design, implement, and measure the company’s overall commercial strategy. You will also build and lead a high-performing team that delivers on all aspects of sales execution, marketing innovation, clinical education, and customer support for the company’s medical technologies. Your credibility and track record position you as a recognized leader in the medical device industry, with deep experience working alongside clinical, academic, and industry stakeholders—including key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, policymakers, and regulators. Supervise and mentor junior radiologists and radiology staff, fostering their professional development. Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and promote best practices in radiology. Requirements Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Radiology. A current and active medical license to practice in Qatar. Minimum of 7 years of clinical radiology experience with demonstrated expertise in diagnostic imaging. Strong skills in the interpretation of diverse imaging modalities and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with medical staff. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
