Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner (GP) with proven experience and interest in endocrinology, particularly in the management of diabetes and metabolic disorders. The successful candidate will join our dynamic clinical team to provide holistic, patient-focused care within a tech-forward environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care with a strong focus on diabetes and endocrine-related conditions. Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, PCOS, and other metabolic/endocrine issues. Work closely with endocrinologists, health coaches, nutritionists, diabetes educators, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary team setting. Utilize GluCare’s digital platforms and remote monitoring tools to support continuous care and patient engagement. Participate in developing and implementing personalized care plans based on patient data, behavior, and health trends. Monitor treatment outcomes, adjust medications, and provide preventive and lifestyle-oriented advice. Support patients in their diabetes education and self-management journey. Ensure thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system and comply with GluCare’s clinical protocols and standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case discussions, and training sessions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on clinical guidelines and innovations in endocrinology and chronic care. Understand, follow and support all hospital infection control programs  Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Medical degree from a recognized institution. DHA License or Eligibility Letter as General Practitioner (GP) Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in the UAE. Demonstrated interest or experience in endocrinology or diabetes management is highly preferred. Prior experience in a multidisciplinary or tech-enabled healthcare environment is a plus. We are seeking an experienced QC Lab Technician/Engineer to oversee quality control and testing operations in our concrete batching plant, ensuring compliance with UAE national standards and Dubai Municipality regulations. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.). ✅ Perform fresh and hardened concrete tests (slump, compressive strength, durability) and analyze data. ✅ Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to meet relevant industrial standards (if applicable). ✅ Prepare QC reports and address non-conformities or client complaints. ✅ Assist in government inspections (e.g., Dubai Municipality) and submit compliance documents. Requirements: ✅Dubai municipality registered or mandatory government/industry certifications. ✅ At least 2 years of experience in a concrete batching plant or ready mix plant, with expertise in mix design and QC processes. ✅ Proficiency in lab equipment (compression testers, slump cones) and software (MS Office, Lab Management Systems). ✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
