Job description We are seeking for an experienced Barista with a passion for coffee, artistic flair, and exceptional customer service skills to join our newly opened branch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, creating latte art, and providing outstanding service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of barista experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages. With UAE Driving License is preferable Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and iced coffees, according to customer preferences and established recipes. Create visually appealing latte art designs to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations when necessary. Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience working as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop or café environment. Proven ability to create latte art designs with precision and creativity. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and handle any concerns or complaints professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
