Roles & Responsibilities Job Role To provide quality food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, lounges, beach & pool and room service. Ensures company implemented ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC Food defense/ HACCP Food safety management system and Hygiene, EHS standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provides link between kitchen and service areas as well as rooms. Provides table, counter or room service of all menu items including beverages. Update food and beverage knowledge required to carry out duties. Provides advice and recommendations on food and beverage to guests and customers. Receive and store food and beverage items adhering to all food hygiene regulations and procedures. Take all reasonable measures not to handle food or food contact surfaces in any way that is likely to compromise the safety and suitability of the food.
